La Perle des Dieux perpetuates the sardine-making tradition and continues to hand-pack fresh, hand-crafted products, elegantly enhanced by innovative gourmet recipes and uniquely designed packaging.
Our sardines are caught locally at the best time of the season on the coast of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie and its region, recognized as France's Intangible Cultural Heritage since 2018. Choosing a precise location and fishing in midsummer guarantees us an exceptional product, fresh and ripe.
